CFO, Accounting, and Financial Advisory Services for Business Owners and Founders

These Terms of Service govern the CFO, accounting advisory, bookkeeping support, and strategic financial consulting services provided by Clear QuickBooks Solutions LLC (“Company”) to business owners, founders, and authorized representatives (“Client”).

Clear QuickBooks Solutions LLC provides virtual CFO services, accounting advisory, bookkeeping oversight, cash flow planning, forecasting, financial modeling, KPI reporting, operational strategy, software setup assistance, automation consulting, and business acquisition financial analysis.

Unless explicitly stated in writing, the Company does not provide CPA audit, review, or compilation services; tax preparation or filing; legal services; investment or securities advice; payroll processing; or assurance engagements.

Client agrees to provide timely and accurate financial data, system access, documentation, and communication; maintain legal compliance; and safeguard business credentials and internal controls.

Services may be billed as monthly retainers, hourly engagements, project-based work, or performance-based consults. Payments are due upon receipt. All fees are non-refundable. Late payments may result in service interruption or additional charges.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. The Company may use anonymized, non-identifiable data for benchmarking or internal training.

The Company uses commercially reasonable data security practices. The Client acknowledges responsibility for protecting access credentials and internal systems.

The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the fees paid by the Client within the three months preceding any claim.

Clear QuickBooks Solutions LLC operates solely as an independent contractor. No partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship exists.

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination may occur for nonpayment, fraud, misuse, or failure to provide necessary information. All outstanding fees become due upon termination.

All dashboards, templates, models, training materials, processes, workflows, and proprietary systems remain the exclusive property of the Company. Client receives a non-transferable license for internal use only.

Communication will take place via email, scheduled calls, approved platforms, and secure file-sharing systems. Typical response time is 1–2 business days.

Financial projections, tax strategy suggestions, and advisory recommendations are estimates and do not guarantee financial outcomes. Client retains responsibility for decision-making and compliance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas unless mutually agreed otherwise.

By engaging Clear QuickBooks Solutions LLC, the Client acknowledges understanding and acceptance of these Terms.
